Silvia joined the ALDA Team as HR Assistant. She holds a degree in International Studies from the University of Trento, followed by a Master’s degree in International and Diplomatic Affairs from the University of Bologna. In her latter academic career, she focused on euro projects, european integration, and migration policies.
Driven by her passion for travel and languages, she decided to undertake her first internship in Ireland within a non-profit organization, specializing in strengthening relations between the Latin American migrant community and Irish citizens. Subsequently, she did a post-graduate internship in Spain as an ERASMUS+ and ESF European Project Assistant.
In her most recent work and volunteering experiences, she has held the position of International Trainer, approaching and becoming increasingly interested in human resources. She has selected and followed numerous interns during their training abroad and contributed to the re-employment of migrants and people with employment difficulties.
Silvia is a native Italian speaker, she is fluent in English and French, and has a good command of Spanish and German.
Silvia è entrata a far parte del team ALDA come Assistente HR. Ha conseguito una laurea in Studi Internazionali presso l’Università di Trento e un Master in Affari Internazionali e Diplomatici presso l’Università di Bologna. Nella sua carriera accademica recente, si è concentrata su progetti europei, integrazione europea e politiche migratorie. Spinta dalla sua passione per i viaggi e le lingue, ha deciso di intraprendere il suo primo stage in Irlanda presso un’organizzazione non profit, specializzata nel rafforzare i legami tra la comunità migrante latinoamericana e i cittadini irlandesi. Successivamente, ha svolto uno stage post-laurea in Spagna come Assistente ai Progetti Europei ERASMUS+ e FSE.
Nelle sue esperienze lavorative e di volontariato più recenti, ha ricoperto il ruolo di Formatore Internazionale, avvicinandosi e interessandosi sempre di più alle risorse umane. Ha selezionato e seguito numerosi stagisti durante la loro formazione all’estero e ha contribuito al reinserimento dei migranti e delle persone con difficoltà lavorative.
Silvia è madrelingua italiana, parla fluentemente inglese e francese, e ha una buona conoscenza dello spagnolo e del tedesco.
Silvia a rejoint l’équipe d’ALDA en tant qu’Assistante RH. Par la suite, elle a réalisé un stage post-universitaire en Espagne en tant qu’Assistante aux Projets Européens ERASMUS+ et FSE.
Lors de ses expériences professionnelles et de bénévolat les plus récentes, elle a occupé le poste de Formatrice Internationale, se rapprochant et s’intéressant de plus en plus aux ressources humaines. Elle a sélectionné et suivi de nombreux stagiaires durant leur formation à l’étranger et a contribué au réemploi des migrants et des personnes en difficulté professionnelle.
Silvia est de langue maternelle italienne, elle parle couramment anglais et français, et maîtrise bien l’espagnol et l’allemand.
