Hari joined ALDA’s Brussels office in June 2025 as a Project Manager Assistant through the Universal Civil Service programme. He holds a Master’s degree in Development Studies from Azim Premji University in India and a second Master’s in International Cooperation on Human Rights and Intercultural Heritage from the University of Bologna, Italy.

Margherita Ferri joined ALDA in June 2025 as a Project Management Assistant. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Linguistic Mediation and Intercultural Communication, during which she studied Russian and participated in an Erasmus+ program at the Pushkin State Russian Language Institute in Moscow, Russia.
