SUMMARY:BOOST Capacity Building and Networking for Subgrantees – Pristina 2025
DESCRIPTION:From 3 to 5 November 2025, the BOOST Capacity Building event takes place in Pristina, Kosovo, bringing together subgrantees and local partners engaged in the BOOST project to exchange knowledge, strengthen collaboration, and reinforce local impact. The BOOST Capacity Building session combines interactive training and networking activities aimed at supporting grassroots organisations in implementing inclusive, community-driven initiatives across the Western Balkans.\nOrganised by ALDA under the coordination of Katica Janeva, with contributions from Ivana Velkova, Simona Slavkova, and Emir Kjorikj, the three-day programme focuses on enhancing project-management skills, communication strategies, and visibility practices. Sessions will cover storytelling, social-media outreach, and partnership development—key components for maximising the visibility and sustainability of local democracy and participation projects.\nThe event also provides a space for subgrantees to present their results, discuss challenges, and identify opportunities for collaboration at regional and European levels.
